Contact Team w/Contact Activity

I'm trying to create a report which will show a certain user's contacts (username is Martin) regardless of the team role in the contact team. I created this report from the Contact Team History subject area. I included Contact ID, Last Name, First Name, Job Title, Status, Team Role and User Name. From the Contact ID field, I have filtered based on the results of another request - this request simply has contact id with contact team user name filtered on Martin.

This is simple enough; however, now, I need to combine this Contact Team Subject area with a Shared Activities subject area in order to show each of Martin's contacts with their last activity. I have added a Shared Activities analysis which has the following fields (those in bold represent common fields between both reports):
