How can I autopopulate a user to a group?

I need help understanding how I can autopopulate a user into a group.  I want to notify a Building Manager whenever a Maintenance Responsibility Record is created.  Maintenance Responsibility is a nonworkflow multiple instance BP in the Building Shell template. 

I understand how to create the notification, but I only want to send the email to a single Building Mgr and I am not sure how to autopopulate to a group.  We are using Oracle Primavera Unifier 9.9.2
