ASR autoupdate

Trying to get autoupdate to 4.4 to work but it is reporting no updates available.  I believe the ASR server meets all the prerequisites:
root SUNWswasr} asr autoupdate
 
This command will update the ASR Manager software with the latest bundles available on Oracle content server. Do you want to proceed with auto update? [y/n]: y

 

There are no updates available on ASR backend auto update server.
