How to manage INACTIVE sessions that block other sessions

  I we manually research sessions that are blocking and inactive and usually kill the inactive sessions.  

Many of the sessions that hang seem to be in the module:  E:SQLAP:frm:APXPMTCH   with the current action:   SQLAP/DB AP INVOICE ENTRY US

with the program being frmweb and Object locking  PO.RCV Transactions.

Would like to automate this or find a way to prevent it.  We have an alert of course but it is becoming a hassle.   Has anyone automated or partially automated kills of inactive sessions?
