US PAY: California State Quarterly Wage Listing

Can anyone tell me why the the State Quarterly Wage Listing (Enhanced) no longer allow you to chose an Report output style = All GREs - single output file?

The only options allowed for California SQWL with the new patch are - 1.) All GREs - output file per GRE and 2.) Single GRE

Did California specifically state they would not accept multiple GREs in a single output file?  We have 30 GREs in California, so this change will require a significant amount of additional work since we will have to upload 30 separate files instead of just one.
