Conversion from NON-ASM to ASM failing with : ORA-19804: cannot reclaim 68157440 bytes disk space f

Doc followed : Steps To Migrate/Move a Database From Non-ASM to ASM And Vice-Versa [ID 252219.1]
I followed the documentation and executed the following steps.

I followed the documentation and executed the following steps.
(1) start the instance on NOMOUNT state – DONE.
(2) copy the controlfile from old location to ASM usin "restore" rman command - DONE
(3) mount the database - DONE
(4) copy the datafiles to ASM disk group using rman "BACKUP AS COPY DATABASE" command – This is giving the following error
