Can we update the effectivity_date of BOM_components_b to before date by datafix

 Hi experts 

In 12.1.3
When initial BOM data, the effectivity_date of components are incorrect. Now we want to update the effectivity_date of BOM_components_b to before date by datafix. 

Is there any impact of this datafix? We cannot update this date to before by API. 

In our instance, we use common BOM.
