The font of checkbox in the report via Siebel

My customer found the difference below when show the checkbox in a special font in the report via Siebel.

 

After the font mapping configurtaion, some of reports show the checkbox with the correct font, some of them do not.

 

The difference is

 

For the reports that shows the checkbox with the correct font

 

  There is no xlf file under the report directory

 

    $BIP_HOME\xmlp\XMLP\Reports\<custom folder>\<report name>

 

For the reports that do not show the checkbox with the correct font

 

  There is the xlf file under the report directory

 

    $BIP_HOME\xmlp\XMLP\Reports\<custom folder>\<report name>
