a) Our client is a B2B business where it sells the product to distributors and distributors sell to end customers.
b) Distributor handles the installation of the product at the end customer place
c) Failures / Service issues are handled by Distribuors completely (using contractors they work with ).. Client is not involved at all in this area today. Distributor claims the service cost for warranty failures to the client and client credits distributors.
