Patch 9151860: Folder AME in APPL_TOP is not present ($APPL_TOP/AME).

Hi Team,

Customer is uanblet to apply the patch 9151860
When trying to check the driver file at the physical location, the directory 'AME' under APPL_TOP is missing.
