How to Migrate Database (on Windows) to ODA

Hello Gurus,

I am very pretty new to ODA and has to conduct a POC for our legacy system is working on ODA platform or not.  Current production DB is of 350GB and on Windows 2008 R2 / 11g R2 (11.2.0.3.0) x64 Enterprise edition platform.  What are the best method to migrate this database to ODA platform?  Any suggestion or guidance would be highly appreciated.
