Tracking of outbound emails

Hello Friends

Is there any way in the system to track all the emails that have gone out of the system in the form of remiitance advice?

If I open the log file of the Remittance advice program i can see from and to email id however this is not good enough for the users

They want to see all the emails that have gone out of our mail box?

Is there any way to track these outbound emails in oracle?
