Order line status in Booked status

Hi All,
I have an order for a customer whose line has got stuck in BOOKED state.
The order had a credit check hold on Booking which i removed, but the line status remained in BOOKED status.
I have tried to progress order but i am getting a stopping error message 'You are not allowed to Update a order line'.
I have even tried to 'Retry Activities in error", but there are no workflow activities in error.

Please assist.
I have attached the HTMomse output and some screen shots.
