Purchase order restriction based on the buyer at User level

Hi All,

We have a requirement where in we have to restrict the purchase order access based on the buyer at user level.

Example : There are marketing users who should not see the purchase order raised by other users. They should be given only access to view/edit the purchase order created by them.

Is there any possibilty to achieve this requirement through personalization ?
