Space issue - out of space, cannot write to audit log

sqlplus / as sysdba

ERROR:
ORA-09817: Write to audit file failed.
IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 28: No space left on device
Additional information: 12
ORA-01075: you are currently logged on


AUDIT_FILE_DEST parameter and the drive on which my audit log is 100% full.

Obviously I need to clear out some files but I want to make sure i do not remove anything useful and essential. Can someone help me figure out what I can and cannot remove?
