Unable to restore resource manager plan to '':

Hello to all,

We are facing of problem  "Invalid Cursor ORA-01001".

Oracle Version : 10.2.0.1.0 Standard Edition

Physical memory : 4GB

SGA_MAX_SIZE = 768M

Just wanted to ask you when i have looked at Alert log for any error logged.

i found some stuff  as following
