Missing "STOCK_COUNT_DIR" ditectory after SIM installation.

In a SIM 13.2.5 installation, what could be the reason that the "STOCK_COUNT_DIR" and "STOCK_COUNT_UPLOAD_DIR" directory objects are not created after installation?Could there be a missing step?
