New 8.1.1.10 tables missing

Hi, we have recently installed the 8.1.1.10 patch to our Siebel Dev Env (from 8.1.1.9) and had trouble checking items in using Tools. The error indicated that the table S_TAG_OBJECT was missing, which led us to discover that there are new tables for 8.1.1.10 that have not been installed. We followed installation instructions and I can't find anything that references the installation of these new tables. Does anyone know what else we need to run to create these new objects?
