Virtual Operator Panel (VOP) java path statement

I am attempting to run Virtual Operator Panel(VOP) to connect to a SL8500 tape drive. (9840D or T10K)

The program starts , however I can not connect to a drive.

Is there another dir I have to add to the path statement (win 7 os)?

 

This is my path statement  -  path=C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin;C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\lib;C:\Program Files (x86)\VOP\lib;C:\Program Files (x86)\VOP\bin
