Volumes status failed and degraded on storageteck 6140

Hi all,

I have critical issue on our storageteck 6140 and i want to avoid data loss because i can't acces to two importants. Those partitions are not monted since the case occured. 

We have one Vdisk failed and 3 Vdisks degraded.

The platform is: one Sun Fire E2900 connect to a stotageteck 6140. the storage is managed by the CAM.

Below my diagnostic and recomandation. So i want you to analyse it, tell me the impact about the resolution, and the best pratice to avoid data loss. 




Current Status:

The below hardware were found defected:

·       10 disks

·       I/O module A in tray 60
