ASCP Workbench- Department Class value

On Planner workbench, if we select View By->Resources and expand the tree, we see the Department Class (setup in BOM) and the details of Department and Resources within it.

However,we also see a record called 'None" and it seems to have the same tree structure including all departments and resources within them. Why does a "None" record appear and how do we get rid of it ?
