Error loading PIM

After successfully loading items into other orgs, we recieve this error periodically with no explaination. Items are the same and nothing has changed but the organization. Only way to load is to Manually update each item. Any idea what setting could cause this.

Master - Child Conflict in one of these Attributes: Action(RECEIPT_DAYS_EXCEPTION_CODE), Receipt Routing(RECEIVING_ROUTING_ID), Invoice Close Tolerance Percentage(INVOICE_CLOSE_TOLERANCE), Receipt Close Tolerance Percentage(RECEIVE_CLOSE_TOLERANCE), Starting Lot Prefix(AUTO_LOT_ALPHA_PREFIX), Description(DESCRIPTION), Long Description(LONG_DESCRIPTION).
