HRMS Workflows

Dear All,

   Is there any way out to the initiator of workflow to know its status as Approved,Errored out, waiting for update and to the Business user to verify the queries of the workflow. We have Oracle HRMS 11i and specific to the Leave management what should be the best way to check these statuses.
