Job behavior after Blackout ends

Hi Everyone,

I have a question on what happens to jobs suspended due to a blackout.  We have a number of jobs:  example, hotbackups, archivelog backups, etc.  If we set a blackout on a database target and unselect the "Run jobs during blackout"...any scheduled jobs get suspended I think.  After a time the blackout ends.  Do the jobs that missed their scheduled time automatically get restarted or?

If someone can point me to the document that describes this behavior I would appreciate it.

System= OEM 12c 12.1.0.2
