A few questions regarding SEQNO and RBA in Oracle GoldenGate!

Hi,

I have a fwe questions regarding the SEQNO and RBA in Oracle GoldenGate:

1) Why doesn't the Replicat have the same RBA as the Extract?
When I run the command: info <primary_extract>, detail
I get:

EXTRACT XT014 Last Started 2013-04-08 15:10 Status RUNNING
Checkpoint Lag 00:00:00 (updated 00:00:04 ago)
Log Read Checkpoint Oracle Redo Logs
2013-04-12 13:31:57 Seqno 2978, RBA 141375488
SCN 2523.2427762100 (10838630249908)

If I run the samme command on the Replicat, I get:

REPLICAT RCLIENT Last Started 2013-04-08 14:50 Status RUNNING
Checkpoint Lag 00:00:00 (updated 00:00:05 ago)
Log Read Checkpoint File ./dirdat/r1000139
2013-04-12 12:27:09.001009 RBA 8439490

Is it because they are in a different state of processing? Meaning different time/hour ('2013-04-12
