Question about search Filters...

So I would like the following to occur:
- When you open an SR and hover over "Contact" click on the magnifying glass
- In this search window I would like the default Contact list to be set to "All Contacts"

Here is what I have done so far to try to get this to happen:
- I went into Contact Manage Lists and move "All Contacts" to the top of the list, as this has worked for me before in other type searches in choosing the default list to search.

However, even after doing this, when I open a contact search the list to search defaults to "Contacts for related Account". This isn't a list that appears on the list of Contact lists, so why is it becoming the default contact list? Is there any way to make it not do this? Has anyone figured this out?
