PO Generator and SOQ

I wonder if there's a way to have the system generate  the SOQ (suggested order quantity) on the multiples required by the vendor?

For example, we have items that we have to purchase in quantities of 100s, but after the system runs the automatic calculation the SOQ may come up to be 330. In this case, the user has to go in and manually change the quantity to 400.

Is this something that JDE could without code modifications?
