Implementing PA: Budget Workflow - Budget Statuses

Hi,

We are implementing the PA: Budget Worklow and we are wondering where the Budget statuses are defined in the front-end end.  Can you please guide us on where we can find the definition of the budget statuses in Oracle Projects? The budget status sequence is supposed to be:  Working --> Submitted --> In Process --> Baselined.   We are unable to find the Baselined status in the backend tables.  Also, when we try to baseline a budget in the front-end form, the budget status changes to "Working" and the budget moves to Current.  Is there a setup that we are missing?  Why
