Information Message in alert log

I am not sure if these are just informational messages and are new for the 11.2.0.3 version of database.

  system wide to get 100% of the Shared
  Global Region allocated with Large pages

Do I need to take any action on this? Where in the doc can I read about Large Pages? Please advise. Thanks.
