I have a problem with activation of user logs, logs to continue loading for the user

Hi,

I have a problem with activation of user logs, logs to continue loading for the user

ACTION: I did the task of activating a usu logs (WEB and PID), and then I desactivated it off.

ISSUE: but when the user log in again, the logs continue to charge, it seems like they would continue turn-on, but this is not true, because it's desactivated!
