An alternative to find changes

All,
Just wondering if there is some functionality available to identify the last Meta Data changes done to an application. Unfortunately I don't have LCM and am still running classic, so it is very difficult for me to find out when a new account was added to HFM. Any suggestion are greatly appreciated.
