PO Generator vs Suggested Reorder Programs

When to use the PO Generator program P43011 vs the Suggested Reorder Stock P4371?  What's the difference between them?

I'll try answering my own question. I think that the main difference is if the process requires to to verify/change the suggested order (cost, quantities, etc.) then you'd need to use P4371, which by the way works in conjuction with R437002.

Am I on the right path?
