Password Lockout CentralOffice - Only One Root User, How do I unlock the account?

  When attempting to log into Central Office, I get the error message:
You have been logged out of Central Office because your password has expired or 
you have exceeded the number of login attempts allowed by your administrator.

Your password must be reset before you can login. Inform your supervisor.Select Login to return to the login page of Central Office.


I am logging in with the default root user, and that is the only user.  How can I unlock the account, or reset the password.  I know what the username and password are.  I am using version 13.3
