Applet Focus Doesn't Highlight in Siebel 8.1.1.9?

When navigating in Siebel 8.1.1.9 using HI Web Client, focus is not set on the applet the user is actually working with. This behavior is only happening on Web client HI. Dedicated Client is working fine. Behavior was tested using the Siebel vanilla SRF on 8.1.1.9.

To fix the issue:

The following solution should fix the issue.
1. Go to site map -> Administration Server Configuration -> Component Definitions screen.
2. Query for the following in the corresponding fields,
Component: eEnergy Object Manager (ENU) (The OM that you are using)
Parameter: AppletSelectStyle
3. Existing Value: "Applet Select" for the parameter "AppletSelectStyle".
4. Change that value to Applet Select [without quotation marks].
