cannot do : ocrconfig -replace ocr with error: PROT-1: Failed to initialize ocrconfig
We have a need to repalce votedisk with new devices and I used crsctl add css votedisk newpath -force , and crsctl replace ocr newpath, all worked.
ocrcheck and crsctl query css votedisk all worked. However after a while, all of sudden all disappeared.
/var/log/messages shows: Clusterware is waiting on something and ./crsctl query css votedisk

It ended up SA did not do some steps.
On first node , this is the node I initially replaced votedisk/ocr and deleted old votedisk/old ocr. And after SA a change on reserve bit, and reboot the both box, it seems first node is working and I was able to bring everything up.
