Restrict the list of suppliers in a person assignment

Dear All

I have a requirement to customize a record group for restricting the list of suppliers to be shown on the assignment form in Oracle HRMS for a contingent worker. I would like to add an additional where condition. for this i have to do a forms personalization to create a record group from query for VENDOR_NAMES. I need to know the query behind this LOV. Can anyone guide me with the procedure to understand this. Specifically, without having to download the form (.fmb)?
