Related Contact Page items on Account Page Layout

 Hi,
I have 2 objects, Account and Contact.  Account being a company and Contact being the employees at the company.

Now when on the Account Page, I have a window which shows the first few contacts attached to the Account and about 9 fields. I can then click on 'show full list' which then gives the full list with the same 9 fields.

So I've found where I can control which fields show in this preview window and the full list, but I don't seem to be able to choose all the fields that are actually in the Contact Object.   Is there a way to get other custom contact fields to appear in this related view?
