Is the 'Default Recovery Settlement' field value alwasy Immediate for an OFFSET tax type?

Hi,

When setting up a Offset TAX RATE the value for the  'Default Recovery Settlement' field is Immediate even if the in the Tax Setup this is defined as 'Deferred'.

Is this the normal system behaviour for Offset Taxes?
