Mass Retirements Completed with Error Status in 11.5.10.2(APP-OFA-48280: Changing status to Error. P

Hi All,
Currently iam facing an issue in Mass Retirements form, its showing " Status=Error " for my batch. i have submitted create retirements and it was successful, when i click on retirement button post mass retirements program errored out due to previous period tax book not yet closed. then i have closed previous period tax book and after created another mass retirements batch and done with mass retirements in current period.
Now i need to cancel old mass retirement batch, which is currently showing error status. Now if i run depreciation for current period then it would be an issue due to Error Mass Retirement batch.
