IFRS Requirement

 Hi,
Can some one guide me in the right direction for below:

There are some IFRS mandates that require accounting policy shifts /changes within certain Oracle application products -How does Oracle comply?

To be specific -

·         IFRS dictates all repairs and maintenance to be capitalized starting 2014.

·         How is this change available (through patches??) from Oracle in property manager
