Changing the disc sizes of the disc groups

Hi,

I have an ASM instance.

ASM instance has a disc group FRADG.

Discs information:-

DISC1  - 8 GB - Used  -- attached to FRADG.

DISC2 - 33 GB - Free

DISC3 - 33 GB - Free

DISC4 - 33 GB - Free

ASM instance has it's SPFILE sitting on  FRADG.

1) i want to add DISC2 to FRADG while the asm as well as databases associated are running.

2) i want to drop  DISC1 from  FRADG while the asm as well as databases associated are running.

3) Later I will add other 33 GB size discs to FRADG.

Is it ok to proceed with this plan or will it heart in any way!
