What is the effect of 'Final Close" po action in following cases:

a. Receipts are entered (either fully or partially received) and matched a Payable invoice. Payable invoice is not paid status. what actions are restricted on the PO and Matched Payable  invoice?

b. Not at all received and is not matched to any Payable invoice.
