Migration from one switch to another switch!

Dear All,

I have a query regarding the migration from one switch to another switch.

Currently in my environment I have 16 port brocade switch and all hosts are connected to it. Now we are going for brocade 24 port switch and need to move all the configuration/zone from 16 port switch to 24 port switch. Is there any way to move all the configuration or we have to create new zones on the new switch but I think it is not a good idea.I was checking that we can take the backup of the switch from "configupload"

command and also restore it from "configdownload" command but will the configuration of 16 port switch will work on new 24 port switch? any extra steps.
