Unable to open Association Applet

Hi Support,

As per the requirement I have configured MVG Applet based on Contact BC after that I added Association applet to the MVG applet using Association Applet property. But while I am trying to add a new record by clicking the New Button on MVG applet it is not opening the association applet? Please could you share me your ideas and solutions why Association Applet is not able open?
