US PAY: CA SQWL did not change EIN number

Has anyone else ran into the problem of the CA State EIN not changing on the output file when running two different SQWLs?We run one for our SUI wages and one for our SIT wages. Both files (for the state) came out with the SUI EIN number even though we rolled the first SQWL back, changed the information and then ran it a second time. This happened after applying 1st quarter 2013 mandatory patch.
