Unable to open AP invoice lines, after DB upgrade and DB character set conversion
I have an issue after we upgrade our database from 10g to 11g and also we do db character set conversion from ZHS16GBK to AL32UTF8.
User unable to open AP invoice Lines form, the process seems always in running even for 2-3 hours. We dont know what is the issue, since there is no error from the upgrade log. And since there is no error or anything, we dont know how to check this issue, any idea ?
