Renewal based on line level

Hello All,

Is there a way to send renewal notification if an entitlement falls off a contract? For example Create one contract with header dates of 1/1/2013-12/31/2018 (5 years). one entitlement line is for full 5 years, 2nd entitlement lien is for a 3 year period (1/1/2013-12/31/2016) when this expires, we will miss the opportunity to catch and renew since renewals are generated based on header dates of contract not entitlement line dates.
