Oracle Reports: uiprint.txt and Printer issue

Hello,

We cannot print Reports documents on our printer.

Oracle Reports create a file (*. eps or *.pdf) and send to printer but we get error message from Xprint driver.

ORACLE Reports print: ... file $Instance/reports/cache/myreports.pdf queued for printing on myprinter

ORACLE Reports cmd: /usr/bin/xpadd -job -de myprinter -rw -cp -fc 1 -dr $Instance/reports/cache/myreports.pdf

XP000236: No device accessible in configuration (criteria: spoolin, capabilities, permission and security level)

ORACLE Reports exit: 0

Any idea?
