12c issue with web transaction service

 Hi all,

I have been trying to create a web application service check. In 11g this worked without a problem but in 12c I'm having issues recording the workflow.

I click go in the recording option and start my recording, the browser opens and I start doing the actions in the browser.
When I'm done I close the browser and click continue.

The one thing I notice is he doesn't give a list of actions that he's recording as he did in 11g. Also when I do transaction playback he just opens a blank browser and closes it again.

It seems like he's just not recording anything. Am I forgetting something or are there known issues related to this? This should be fairly simple but he's just recording my transactions.
