Hi, I had successfully applied the patch 8607523 on my 10.2.0.4 $ORACLE_HOME in R12.1.1

Now it has post req in which it says:

This patch also copies pcapps.rar to $ORACLE_HOME/jlib/soaprov/lib directory.

#  pcapps.rar contains AppsAdapter.jar,DBAdapter.jar & AqAdapter.jar file and
#  pcapps.rar needs to be deployed in OC4J container. This patch only copies the
